Jag älskar att läsa bloggar, få inspiration, tips och tankeställare. Jag älskar även att blogga själv. Men på sista tiden har jag känt att det inte riktigt går. Jag hittar inte tiden eller motivationen till att sätta mig ned och skriva. Jag jobbar, tränar, umgås med nära och kära, sköter om lägenheten, jobbar och tränar lite till, försöker hinna med att ta hand om mig själv och bland allt det finns det inte tid till att blogga också. Hur mycket jag än skulle vilja, så går det inte. Och så helt plötsligt har det gått en, två, tre veckor mellan inläggen och så vill jag inte ha det. Jag vill orka uppdatera flera gånger i veckan och när jag tänker så kommer stressen krypandes. Hur ska jag hinna? Hur ska jag göra bloggen intressant att läsa? Vad ska jag skriva om? Jag gör ju bara samma sak hela tiden.
Jag önskar att jag kunde vara en inspriationskälla, en blogg som folk läser och mår bra av. Men jag orkar inte. Jag hinner inte. Jag hittar inte motivationen till det. Jag kommer att fortsätta med mina delmål, mitt långsiktiga mål, min träning, mina försök till en bra kosthållning, skillnaden är att jag kommer endast att göra det irl och inte här på bloggen. Jag kommer att fortsätta läsa andras bloggar, jag kommer att bli sugen att börja skriva i in egen blogg igen (men kommer att hindra mig själv om det inte verkligen känns 100 procent rätt), jag ska bli bättre på att fylla i min reflektionsdagbok som bara är för mig själv. Och jag kommer att fortsätta prioritera det som känns bäst för mig, det jag mår bra av, det som gör mig lycklig!
