Igår svängde jag förbi Gymgrossisten lcj inhandlade mitt alldeles egna proteinpulver :D Så slipper jag snylta av M hela tiden. Blev Whey-80 med vaniljsmak och även BCAA, vilket är aminosyror som man ska dricka under träningspasset för att kroppen ska återhämta sig snabbare. Dock var jag inte så förtjust i att dricka vatten med smak, kändes nästan som saft och den släckte inte törsten lika bra eftersom man fick en form av beläggning i munnen. Men den är säkert bra att ta precis innan passet och att jag sedan dricker vanligt vatten när jag väl tränar. Proteinpulvret älskar jag iaf, blandade till och ned ner det i kvarget som jag åt till frukost idag, mumsigt!
